Architecture & Deployment
Hosting options, scale, provider flexibility and how the platform is built.
Is VibrantAI one platform or several products stitched together?
One shared enterprise platform. It brings analytical measurement, live business reviews, conversational intelligence, collaboration, federated evidence and governed business configuration into a single foundation. Vibrant Outcomes, StoryBoardAI, AchieveAI and EnvisionAI are distinct experiences that share common data, context, security and collaboration services rather than separate stacks.
What integration patterns are supported, and how do you decide which to use?
More than one path from source to insight: query pushdown (source-native SQL close to the data), cross-source transformation, controlled retrieval with pagination and source protection, scheduled and near-real-time processing, controlled caching, customer-hosted execution, and protected AI extracts. The pattern is chosen to fit the source capability and the business workload, balancing security, performance and reuse.
Is Business Configuration a separate product our users have to learn?
No. It's not an end-user product — it's the shared capability that makes every VibrantAI experience configurable, consistent and reusable, providing one business foundation for the whole platform.
Does custom development go away entirely?
No — it stays appropriate for specialised integrations and analytical logic. What the platform removes is the need to rebuild common business structures and experiences, letting you define, govern and reuse them instead of implementing each variation separately.
Where can this run — your cloud, our cloud, or a dedicated instance?
All three. It can be hosted by VibrantAI, deployed within your environment, or delivered as a dedicated, fully managed instance in the cloud of your choice — aligned to your cloud strategy, enterprise subscriptions, infrastructure standards and operating requirements.
Can we use our own cloud accounts, data platforms and enterprise subscriptions?
Yes. It's designed to operate alongside your existing cloud, data and application estate — deploying containerised services in your preferred cloud, aligning with your data estate and customer-managed analytical platforms, integrating with your business applications and APIs, and preserving your trusted databases, semantic models and embedded BI.
How does it scale — will heavy analytical jobs slow down interactive dashboards?
Services scale by workload rather than treating every request the same: application, query, analytical, document and AI services scale on their own profiles, interactive interactions are separated from scheduled or long-running work, governed results are cached and reused, and workload/tenant controls apply limits and isolation — so you can expand users, domains and outcomes without a full redesign.
How is the platform kept operationally healthy day to day?
Through visible service health beyond basic infrastructure uptime: application and infrastructure monitoring, connection/refresh/job visibility (including data freshness), provider and workload observability for AI services, and defined issue, change and customer-communication processes aligned to your service arrangement.
How are changes and releases controlled so innovation doesn't break stability?
Business configuration, source integrations, security rules and platform releases move through controlled environments with coordinated change management, so new capability doesn't compromise service stability.
Do we have to rebuild a page every time we have a new question?
No. It's configured around shared definitions, entities and analytical patterns, so business teams tailor the experience while technology teams govern data, integrations and environments — you configure the analytical model rather than rebuilding each page, and it uses federated evidence so sources don't have to be rebuilt into one new model.
Is this going to become yet another data warehouse to maintain?
No. It sits above your systems of record, analysis and execution and brings together only the evidence and context required to read, explain and manage an outcome — source systems stay authoritative for transactions, measures, plans, processes, projects and documents.
