Senior Business Analyst

Work with senior leaders and executives to understand the business problem, expose the gaps between desired results and current management processes, and shape the right Vibrant Outcomes response.

The Mission

Understand the business outcome the customer is trying to achieve and why current approaches are not producing it.
Connect strategic commitments, operating work, fragmented evidence and management intervention into a practical solution path.
Advocate the appropriate use of Vibrant Outcomes and the wider VibrantAI suite to help the customer achieve measurable results.

What You Will Do

Engage executives, business leaders, process owners, analysts and technology stakeholders.
Identify process gaps, disconnected management practices, fragmented data and missing business context.
Translate business problems into Commitments, Value Streams, Conditions, analytical requirements, business reviews and accountable actions.
Shape demonstrations, discovery sessions, solution designs, implementation priorities and value-realisation plans.
Challenge assumptions constructively and keep the engagement focused on the customer’s desired result.
Work with product, data, implementation and partner teams through delivery and adoption.

Use deep data and domain expertise to make integrated enterprise evidence the backbone of advanced business insight, while preserving performance, security and role-based control.

The Mission

Use modern data and analytical approaches to support configuration-driven intelligence rather than repeatedly building isolated pipelines and reports.
Protect data authority, security and performance while making evidence reusable across Vibrant Outcomes, AchieveAI, StoryBoardAI and EnvisionAI.

What You Will Do

Work with enterprise data from common commercial, finance, sales and operating domains.
Understand business definitions, measures, entities, hierarchies, scenarios and the analytical questions the data must answer.
Integrate information across databases, warehouses, semantic models, files, APIs and documents using federated and no-ETL patterns where appropriate.
Resolve data-quality, entity-mapping, schema, connectivity, transformation and cross-source reconciliation issues.
Design and tune queries for interactive performance, source-side execution, controlled extraction, caching and cross-source analysis.
Apply role-based access, granular data restrictions, lineage, freshness and evidence-governance requirements.
Create reusable configuration and analytical patterns instead of one-off technical solutions.

Experience integrating multiple enterprise sources and diagnosing difficult data and query-performance problems.
